Miranda Kerr strips off for US knickers firm

London, Aug 29 : Miranda Kerr has stripped off in her new photoshoot for American knickers company Victoria’s Secret.

In one snap she appeared to have carrying the message that she didn’t really know how to ‘get dressed’ as she was spotted clutching a pair of jeans to her breast.

In another photo, she flaunted her enviable figure in a purple lingerie set, reports the Sun.

Kerr, 28, is the first girl from Down Under to be signed as an Angel for the brand.

Kerr was born in Sydney, and raised in the small town of Gunnedah, New South Wales. Her parents are Therese and John Kerr, and she has a younger brother named Matthew (born 1985). In an interview, Kerr stated she is of English, French and Scottish descent. During her childhood, Kerr "raced motorbikes and rode horses on her grandmother's farm." She describes her early life in the Australian countryside as "very grounding ... there wasn't any pretentiousness and no one really cared what you were wearing. You could just be you." Her family moved to Brisbane to allow Kerr and her brother to experience city life, where she graduated from All Hallows' School in 2000. Kerr originally went on to study nutrition and health psychology before pursuing modeling.

Miranda Kerr names son after late boyfriend

Supermodel Miranda Kerr has named her son Flynn Christopher Blanchard Copeland Bloom after her late boyfriend Christopher Middlebrook, who died in an car accident as a teenager.

"Chris and I had been dating for two years. After he died, I wrote him a letter that said I hoped to name my first child after him in some way. I told Orlando (Bloom), and he was the one who said he'd be happy to do that. Orlando's a good guy," she told Australia's the Daily Telegraph. Kerr also says that her son has inherited his good looks from his actor-dad Bloom, reports people.com. "He looks exactly like Orlando did when he was a baby. His character is developing every day. He's content and, even though he's teething, you can see he's calm," she said.
