Director Jacob Tierney has again teamed up with Jay Baruchel, his star of buzzed about indie The Trotsky. But it isn’t for the comedy or drama we are used to, rather a horror/thriller. Good Neighbors also stars Scott Speedman, Xavier Dolan, and Emily Hampshire and our first trailer doesn’t give much hope. I applaud Baruchel for stepping out of his boundaries, but I just don’t find him creepy, and matched with the most generic voice-over recorded, this piece of marketing pushes me to skip this one altogether
